1. CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit are refundable if given a cancellation notice with in 36 hours before 12am Of the day of your requested rental date
Ex: Requested rental date Saturday
Must cancel by Thursday 12 noon
2. FINAL PAYMENT POLICY
We allow our customers up until 12(am) midnight the night before your requested rental date to pay the remaining balance in full and if not, then it will be available to any other customers on standby.
ALSO: A Rental Agreement & Waiver form Signature is required upon arrival before set up, so please make arrangements because we make our deliveries between the hours of 8 AM and 11 AM based upon your location Of our central route for that day.
3. RAIN POLICY
For rain cancellation you have to cancel at least 24 hours prior of set up time If they want their deposit refunded once the unit is loaded up the night before then there will be no deposit refunded due to restocking fee.
And we will deliver in the rain if the customer does not cancel unless wind speeds exceed
4. Cleaning Policy
We do a 3 process cleaning
Once before break down of last site
Second is deep cleaning at our location
Third is on site after inflation
At your place.

5. WATER POLICY
In order for BIGHEAD to provide you, the customer, a great experience, we want to inform you of a few details that are specific to our water games. You are responsible to make sure you have enough water hoses, water pressure, and correct ends on the hoses. In order to set everything up you must bring the water hose and lay it out wherever you would like the game setup.
WE cannot know or be responsible for the water pressure or the distance from your water supply to the game. We recommend a hose no longer than 100 feet.
6. DELIVERY POLICY
BIGHEAD prides itself on your rental being set up and functional at the agreed time of arrival. However, due to scheduling, the inflatable may have to be dropped off early or left later. If you agree to securing the unit before or after the paid time, then the unit is in your care until our staff picks it up. This means that you agree to all the rules and regulations stipulated in the rental agreement for the entire duration of the rental and that is your responsibility. You will not be charged for this time as it allows our inflatable team greater flexibility in serving you. This is an extra service to allow you to enjoy the inflatable for an extended period. We only set up one time. Moving or relocating your inflatable will result in an extra cost. Leave inflatables up till we return to pick them up unless wind or rain is an issue
7. Health and safety
Parents and Supervisors please make sure your children are mindful of the younger kids and when able group kids by size and/or age on the games. No food , drinks , or sharp objects are allowed when you are inside of the units. We want to ensure care is taken and that everyone has fun.
